ADULT. - Tonight, We Fall
"Tonight, We Fall" is a single taken from Detroit husband/wife duo ADULT.'s first album for Ghostly and the band's fifth, The Way Things Fall. "Tonight, We Fall" might just be the most "catchy" song the band has ever written in their career, reminiscent of Ric Ocasek's The Cars if they were into leather jackets and industrial sounds. In other words, mutant pop.
John Foxx & The Maths handle remix duties like the professional studio scientist we all know him to be. Morphing and folding the synths over themselves while Nicola Kuperus' antagonistic vocals float around, eventually growing into its own flesh of sound.
